N2N Statement of Purpose

Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) is an initiative that was started to geographically link the members of our congregation by neighborhoods to develop friendship and support for one another in a small group setting. In addition, the groups provide enhanced ability to communicate with staff and with others in the wider church community, including networking with Team Kindness to support members of the congregation in times of need.

Groups meet at self-determined intervals and create their own way of gathering. Some groups may use their N2N group as an opportunity to develop volunteers for the support of the Church, or to become involved in social justice work and for others. N2N is primarily a way to gather socially and support each other.

Get Connected With Your N2N Group

Interested in learning more about the N2N group in your neighborhood? Email membership@richmonduu.org and we will connect you with the right coordinator or stop by our table on the third Sunday of each month after the 10 am service.

If your designated group is inactive, you can be a Wildflower and find another garden spot where you can be planted and bloom!

Recent N2N Happenings

The Violets recently had their 5th annual barbeque potluck, with 25 adults and 7 kids in attendance. There was a kids play area on the front lawn, hot dogs and hamburgers grilled and a wonderful array of appetizers, salads, sides and desserts. A good time was had by all, with great weather cooperation.
