Small Group Fair Coming Soon!

A tradition in the spirit of shared ministry and building community, the next First UU Small Group Fair will be held following worship on February 15, 2026. This is a great opportunity for both newcomers and longtime congregants to explore our diverse offerings and ways to engage and connect. The Small Group Fair takes place twice each year in coordination with the Pathways program (the next one will be in September 2026).

All First UU-based small groups are invited to participate. In order to have space reserved for your group, your group must be congregation-based, open to new members, and RSVP by Sunday, February 1 – this is not far away, so please talk to your groups now. If you do not RSVP, your group will not have space reserved at the Fair, and we want everyone to have a chance to participate. Even if your group has participated before, please RSVP again. Slots will be filled on a first-come first-served basis, so please RSVP using this Google Registration Form https://forms.gle/o9KKwr7sHSGFGVzRA as soon as possible. We will share more information with the groups shortly after the February 1 deadline.

Since there are two small group fairs each year (and because space is limited), discuss with your group whether you want to do both or just pick one fair in which to participate. If your group is closed for most of the year but welcomes new members once or twice per year, you would be able to participate in the fair that aligns with when you are welcoming new members. All First UU groups are asked to open to welcoming new members at least once each program year.
