In 2024, the Board of Directors established the Committee On Shared Ministry (COSM). The board charged the committee to “help foster the well-being of the congregation and ensure that the needs of the congregation are being met. Committee members will be wearing badges that identify us as members of the committee. And we welcome any interactions with members and friends whenever we are available. As we identify themes that are important to our charge, we will prepare summaries of the information that do not identify any sources. We also plan to use this information from more structured surveys in the future.
