Our faith demands we demilitarize all communities. We must work with one another to build pockets of safety through organizing and mutual aid.

Side with Love is partnering with Defend and Recruit to build capacity for UUs to be accountably and powerfully engaged in migrant defense – from the work to Stop Avelo to the 4th Amendment Workplace campaign to ICE Watch, court accompaniment, and more.

Migrant defense and dignity is one way of living out our faith! We know that many UUs are asking “What can I do to support immigrants in my community,” and that Defend And Recruit offers so many ways to do that with their toolkits, events, and campaigns.  Together, we can work to broaden our impact by training more UUs and building a broader base of Unitarian Universalists siding with love.
