Resistance
There are many ways, small and large, to defend democracy and defend our marginalized siblings. And so many of you, Beloveds, are passionate about a particular means of resistance.
We are an incredibly busy congregation and community (what a wonderful problem to have, eh?!?) and we cannot possibly rally around one, or two, or even three, means of resistance without then not putting ourselves out there for a fourth, and a fifth, and a sixth…
So, we offer you these organizations and agencies that work to defend democracy and human rights and our environment, and we invite you to follow the one(s) that speak directly to your heart. We can’t begin to provide you with every resource – we encourage you to find the one that speaks to your heart most loudly, and start there.
